    Yes!!!! Anne's PERN series is awesome!!! I ADORE Mercedes Lackey's Heralds of Valdemar series... also, The Chronicles of the Cheysuli by Jennifer Roberson, plus her Sword-Dancer Saga is good too... All fantasy... I read a lot of YA books too... :hide

    I used DE... birds still got infested with feather lice when the starlings invaded... even if it had gotten wet previously, once dry DE returns to it's original state, microscopic fossilized diatom bodies... my biggest issue with DE, besides not even phasing the bugs, is that there is a warning...

    She's a professor at Colorado State University... she has clips and talks on youtube as well... really helps to show perspective from animal's POV and how their thought processes work...

    Temple Grandin: Thinking In Pictures Animals in Translation Animals Make Us Human Non-fiction, highly recommend her movie as well, Temple... she is a high functioning autistic that changed the livestock handling procedures throughout the US...
