We put the packs, still in the original boxes, directly into the freezer. SO far, no freezer burn and no off flavor. I make ghee and it seems to be easier to make.

How about stir fry lunch?

Last year around this time, Kroger had their LOL butter on sale for $1.99lb. DH thought I was CRAZY for buying.... 110 pounds. We're still working through it! :P
