Made chocolate chip cookies. I only have 1 cookie sheet but parchment paper works great, slide the cooked batch off and the next batch on.

Crisp around the edges and soft n chewy in the middle.

We put the packs, still in the original boxes, directly into the freezer. SO far, no freezer burn and no off flavor. I make ghee and it seems to be easier to make.

We have done this for years and there are never any problems with the butter. It's just as good. And I love a great deal!

This was our lunch today. BBQ meatloaf, sweet potatoes, and brussel sprouts.
Don't laugh at my brussel sprouts.
I made the potatoes and meatloaf in the instant pot. The brussel sprouts were done and I had a few minutes for the meatloaf to be done. So, I kept them in the oven to keep warm.
The directions said to put the meatloaf under the broiler for 2 min. So, I turned that on. Guess what I forgot was in the oven?
They still tasted fine. Just a little more charred than I like. Lol

This is the first time using these pans. Not sure if I will adjust the time or not. I like them a little crispier. Not as crispy as the brussel sprouts though.
I went to get my phone and saw Jade standing there sniffing the freshly baked cookies.

Broccoli slaw and sloppy joes from scratch with a glass of milk. Kept it simple tonight.
