That sounds like quite the interesting mix. I wonder if since it's a poly hybrid if the silkie feathers are going to come through in the offspring. I'll be very interested to see them.
Ehh don't beat yourself up. My recent hatching started with 22 eggs and I only got 3 chicks total. I went to through 4 different sources. 2 of the sources are people I've bought live birds from and have complete trust in, yet none of their eggs hatched. Ironically, the other 2 sources I didnt...
I'm about 95% serious. They're one of my son's favorites, so we'd have to kind of have a little family meeting in regards to it. I could probably let you know by the end of the day though. I believe it's one pullet and one cockerel. They are Silkies though so who knows?! Lol. I don't remember...
If you ever in Central Florida let me know, I've got 2 show quality Silkies you can have. Nothing against them, I just didn't find out till I paid to much money that it's not the chicken for me.
:th
Tomaru is 8+
O Shamo is 4+
I couldn't afford a whole batch of the O Shamo, but if even only one hatches from the ~4 hatch I'll be happy.
Surprisingly my wife has no problem with me getting some long crowers... :D
I don't see why not! I followed it this morning, and I do love showing off some fluffy butts!
:jumpy
The next batch of eggs are Tomaru and more O Shamo. :yesss:
