I think I now have turkey addiction and I just got info on quail eggs locally...... ummmm I guess I am glad the chicken coop is so nice, cuz I may be living there soon lol
You didn't see the turkey in the back craning it's head to see over??? I had 2 turkeys hatched but one died....... I was lazy and left the heating pad flat. The only thing I could figure is it overheated??? WTH? Fixed my heating pad into the broody cave hope that fixes my mysterious dead...
Ok so I am a little behind the rest lol. I got home and counted 6 chicks and a turkey hatched so I got everything ready to transfer and as I was gathering them up I realized 2 more had hatched! 2 turkens!
Ok 4 turkey eggs and 22 chicken eggs in lockdown I think there are only 4 extera thermometers in there....... lol

So I pulled a clear tonight..... one of my green ones. ugh I love finding those green eggs..... maybe I will hatch some more turkens??? Never know I did have a turken roo in with one of my green layers
Lol the turkey eggs came from another poultry enthusiasts that lives near me she rescued the bbw from someone who had no idea what they were getting into, but I believe they were hatched this spring. The only thing I could figure was it had something to do with being bbw? I wondered if because...
