Hi... Unfortunately... my weaker 1 died this afternoon in my daughters hands.. as you can imagine she's gutted/ were gutted... my other 1 is a bit beta on his/her feet all though not up properly and is drinking/eating a small amount... we think he/she keeps looking for her/his freind .. so were...

Just to update... my 2 ducklings are doing ok ish.. having to make them drink though... not ate anything yet... but seem to be having a few problems... they've been free from their shells now for 24 hrs... but are struggling to hold their heads up.. walk and keep getting stuck on their backs...

im so sorry... it's heartbreaking... i was reading back through all of these msgs last nite.. did u rescue yours too... how many do have left to hatch... i don't usually pray but gota admit I prayed 4 mine... just hope mine and urs to hatch continue to do well.. ive got to beri the two I lost...

Hopes he's ok and does well... mine seem ok... One seems stronger than the other.. 1 attached to its shell by a thread.. weaker 1 still firmly attached.. both lookin matted.. not what I imagined.. they don't seem to be fluffing up and their not completly covered in feathers either... nor wanting...

So glad he's doin well.. Our 2 are still doin ok... veins are resending slowly.. and are tweeting at us when we look at them and talk to them.. their shell is as far as we can take as is their membrane. .. as time goes by.. will it deattatch itself from the shell... their having a wiggle about...

And dates are definatly correct because I didn't know she was sitting on eggs and thought she was poorly as she'd not been out all day.. the next mornin I had a quick look as she went for some food and a swim to find the 15 eggs.. there she sat up untill day 25 when she chose to abondoned them

After a lot of thought we've opened up the eggs and the same both membranes really dry n shell hard... another 1 died this mornin as the one with the blob had pipped in the membrane... however the other 2 seem to be doin ok... have seen 1 of their faces and has its eyes are open the other still...

Going on personal experience of the internal pip yesterday and what's happened tonite.. Following her faint tapping for help this morning id make an air hole however mine are on day 38.. technically 39 now... so well overdue.. but she was a perfectly formed yellow little duckling.. so sad I...

After saying this morning my egg that was making good progress but it's pecking on the shell to get out sounded weak was correct... checked on them tonight and when candled I could see its beak resting on the shell and no movement... we made a external pip to find she'd died... like i said...

I getting worried now still nothing from my egg that internally piped yesterday... it was still pecking at the shell this morning but very slowly.. how do I know if it's struggling to pip the shell... then a different egg maybe trying to pip but i noticed this morning on the underside of the egg...
