If they had a bunch of worms they might not have been feeling well and now that the worms are dying maybe they are feeling better? It's just a guess, I really don't know.
If that's all you gave then I think you can safely give it again. Some people give the max 0.23 ml per pound of body weight dose for five days. If you had done that I would not feel comfortable telling you to do it again.
