Yes, 0.03 tablespoon, which is about 1/10 teaspoon.

Really is easier to grab a 1cc syringe to measure that small of an amount

Oh I know, I was making the point to the one who asked, that it would be worth it to grab some I know I sure wouldn't want to be eyeballing 1/10 of a teaspoon, lol.
