they can be purchased usually at some hatery's or on ebay etc, usually for $1.00 piece or so

After you scald the bird , you turn on the plucker, turn on the shower head and drop in the bird, when the fingers take off the feathers the shower helps to push the feathers down through the bottom of the plucker.

I recommend a 3/4 horse motor or bigger, mine is powered with a 1/2 hp and it does fine with chickens but is a little underpowered with turkeys, I could sell you my plucker if you lived closer
