Ok, but button quail are a close second when they escape the brooder 😂

Most of mine were calm and friendly as adults and they did the best in the small aviary setting. Having them inside with the cage elevated worked well too

We called them flying mice 😂

More skittish than coturnix, much smaller but adorable and fun to hatch and raise

I’ve got to do the incubator shuffle today…..my BC eggs are due for lockdown but the call eggs need another week……pheasant egg pipped yesterday and I’m not sure where the other 2-3 call eggs are in development. Also need to clean brooders today

I have a bad habit of forgetting to turn mine off when I’m candling 🙈 I thought I needed to get new batteries after the last time, but it’s still going

I should have chickens and ducklings hatching around that time 🤞🤞🤞🤞

I’ve been having issues with mine not updating via Bluetooth properly 🙈 I purchased a couple new ones to make sure I had everything setup correctly to the new phone.

I just tried to find hatchkeeper on my phone and it won’t allow me to download it because it was made for an older version of android 😭

Ive been considering putting my incubators up for sale 🙈 but I actually gave this person 2 large off-brand incubators that I used for several hatches but we’re just taking up space here……they have the capacity to incubate

I received an interesting phone call yesterday from the person who purchased 20 quail last year when I posted them with budgies. After the transaction, they purchased “quail” from another seller that were buttons instead of coturnix 🤦‍♀️ Unfortunately since I haven’t hatched anymore and lost...
