They're going to be in my garden beds. The ones I'm not actively growing in. They're raised beds on a gravel pad.

It is, but the garden beds are in a greenhouse. I've been watching and haven't seen any predators yet except for a hawk, and that can't get into the greenhouse.

The only predators I think could get in would be snakes or rats. I'm definitely watching for those. I've seen some mice in my shed, but no rats, and right now, at least, it's too cold for snakes

I don't even know how old these parent quail are.
I need to do some digging.
