Stress can cause them to molt if they are ready. Egg laying outfits force them to molt by not feeding them.
Give them extra protein, like a game bird feed. Something in the 20% range. They need energy to grow new feathers.
I am in a similar situation. My 6 pullets give me 4 plus eggs a day. My 12 Hens also lay three plus eggs a day. Terrible lay rate. Molting is hard and then the low light levels will slow them down too.

They only need a couple of hours in the morning. They make heated water fountains, so you can do both with an exterior extension to the coop and a timer for the light.
It depends on when they hatched. Yours should be ok. My Blue Marans that hatched last December is molting now.
