I love to do lemon zinger tea in the second ferment. Makes it taste like a high end cocktail. And I love hibiscus tea.

Those look so good. I've been wanting to do sour dough. I have an active ferment myself. I do kombucha.

Hey anyone know what to do with 12 egg yolks? Lol. I made angel food cake friday.. me and hubby ate the whole thing in less than 24 hours. It's healthy cause it's just whites right?🤣

Looks so lovely..I made pizza yesterday. I love making pizza dough..I had fresh sage in the sauce. Sage freezes beautifully.

I love yeasted sweets! I found a waffle recipe I love. There overnight yeast waffles. Talk about awesome. Talk about filling. And it's so nice waking up and all I have to do is put them on the griddle😁

Your welcome. I substituted the nutmeg in the batter for cinnamon. That much nutmeg would have seemed overwhelming to me.

Found a yummy recipe..figured I'd share it fellow bakers. I've tried two different recipes off of the king arthur flour recipe and they were awesome. Oh my gosh there overnight yeast waffles...amazing. They're cinnamon sugar doughnut muffins. They don't taste like doughnuts just really good...

Made this yesterday for dessert 😊 bread pudding with home made raisin bread I had hanging out in the fridge. And of course mini chocolate chips 😁

They are lovely..I bake bread myself. I don't buy it. It's cheaper to make a good loaf then buy a somewhat good loaf. I'm so envious you have a proofing feature..lol 😁

They are delicious..I boil mash..add salt and butter. Hubby doesn't know what to think of them though..haven't got em in a while..
