Oh, dear.
It's been a good day here. My house has been a disorganized wreck for a couple months now - busy at work so that I'm not in the mental mood to clean or put stuff up when I get home, and when I have had energy, it goes into chicken stuff outside. Most of the issue is just stuff that needs to be put where it belongs, essentially chronically disorganized (though I do need a better system for the chicken stuff). So, today, I have spent all day slowly bit by bit putting things up, and also decluttering stuff I don't need to keep. It's been good. I still have more to go, but have gotten a lot done.

Our beautiful Biel roo just attacked our 6 year old... She told me he did it yesterday too- I didn't believe her and had her go in the run where he couldn't see me. He's only 4 months old, with no spurs yet. He indeed came around the run, right for her, with his hackle feathers puffed and his chest out. I had always said I'd have a no tolerance policy... He's so gorgeous, but not more than our little girl. I told her I was so sorry I didn't believe her and that Big Handsome would be gone by morning
