Aw, Sam... they're so sweet. I haven't hatched any for months, but planning to pop a few A&Ms in the 'bator next week.

Thanks all! Yes there is something about the goldens that just makes them stand out compared to the others. My favorites are still the Tuxedo/Red Tuxedos. Tori it is great to see you...feels like it has been forever since we have talked! I trust all is well?

Aww! i like the mostly black ones..what kind are they again? Tuxedo? Tibetten?

All is well, and I'm gearing up for a good season this year. Seems the chicken bug has hit the Peninsula hard.

I only have 6 colored coturnix pairs (2 golden, 2 brown and 2 tuxedo), and about 30 A&Ms. All are laying right now, too!

Incubator is warming up, and I have 30 chicken eggs and a handful of quail eggs to test for fertility. Cleaned up the 'bator room, and we're raring to go!

I really like the looks of the reds... I might have to think about getting some of those in a few months.

The black chicks are basically Tuxedo birds without the white plumage on the chest. Yea here is a pic of a Red Tux hen.
