Help-12 hr old chick with intestine bulging out (pic)

My chick hatched last night. He had a bit of yolk hanging still, but it disappeared as the evening went on. This morning I got up, and saw a bit of his intestine bulging out his bum. He's shaking, and looks like he's trying to poo in between naps, but obviously can't. Is there anything I can do to fix him, or is he doomed? Sorry I can't get a better pic, he's still in the bator, and as he was first to hatch, there are still other eggs to hatch in there with him.

.. Just keep an eye on it and if it is still there in a few hours you can put a warm damp cloth close to it and it will hopefully get moist enough to suck up.. My lil Frizzle that hatched yeasterday was like that.,.When I went to get her out this am it was all absorbed..

Hionestly it may just be a prolapsed rectum.. And as gross as it sounds when i was a CNA and this would happen with my elderly patients you just had to pop it back in.. The way I see it is you can try it and possibly save it or not try and just cull... I personally would atleast try.. Let us know how it goes... Good luck and many healing vibes coming your way...
 
Well, I'm sorry to say it did not go well at all. The intestine was dried to him, so I couldn't push it back in. I moistened the area with saline solution to soften it up, and pushed it back in. It came right back out, and each time it came back out it would double in size. DH just culled him for me. This sucks. Poor little baby.
