I'm familiar with Quest Plus gel moxidectin/praziquantel. It's equine paste. Dosage for chickens is a small "pea" size amount for each chicken given orally. I've never heard of it being mixed in water and could possibly reduce its effectiveness, if it's the same product you're referring to. For pigeons, I'd only give them a "BB" size amount orally.

OK thanks I don't have enough Ivermectin on hand and it'll be a couple of weeks before I order it(to high at the feed stores) my only other option locally that I'm aware of is Wazine which I'm not a big fan of

Why not use the Quest Plus if you have it? It has praziquantel in it and it'll kill tapeworms as well as many other types of worms. Use the wazine first to get rid of roundworms, then 10 days later use the Quest Plus. If you dont have it, use Safeguard paste equine wormer instead....cheaper. Dosage is a regular "pea" size for each chicken. Or you can buy Safeguard 10% liquid goat wormer. jeffers livestock.com has it for $15.95 (I think), the paste is cheaper. Dosage for the goat wormer is 3cc per gallon of water. It must be their sole source of drinking water for 2 days. I recently bought some eprinex, not cheap, no withdrawal period, I got tired of tossing eggs lol.

It says on Quest plus package it kills round worms.

So any tips on how to give a pea size to each bird? On bread?

Quest Plus is moxidectin and praziquantel, which kills roundworms and tapeworms, and it is a gel. I only used it once years ago and never used it again. It's nearly impossible to keep it on a piece of bread because it's a gel. Additionally, dosing must be more accurate than Equimax or Zimecterin Gold horse pastes. There are low tolerances when using the product in chickens. I dont recommend using it unless it's absolutely necessary.

What happened when you used it on the chickens?
My neighbor uses quest (not plus) on his chickens every year. One treatment mixed w water.
I haven’t dewormed my chickens yet. They are 13 weeks. But one has loose fecal.
Would you use something else?
