Even if you don't get Bobs from me, a LOT of people have some!! What are some experience you have had with quail?

Humm... experiences I've had w/ quail .... Lemme' think a minute ...

Lets start with the day I first got my quail, shall we?
I had picked up my 1st pair of buttons and had brought them home in a pet carrier. I took them into my room and shut the door ( thankfully ) my mom was in the room helping me get them into their pen. We turned the carrier upside down so that the door was at the very top. I opened the door up and reached my hand inside and grabbed the male. He has making all sorts of wierd noises and such. He calmed right down and awaited the arrival of his beloved Girlfriend. *Sighs* The female, however, wasn't so easy! She dodged my hand and flew straight up and "boinked" on the ceiling. She gots nutz and starts flying around my whole room. I finall capture him in my hands and put her safely into the pen. OMG - There were so many feathers missing on that poor girl! There was feathers all over my room!!!! The poor little female was soooo upset she ran inside her nesting box and didn't come out for around 2 and a half hours! When ever I stuck my head around the door she'd be out eating and stuff, but just as soon as she saw me she dived right back into her box!
Even before I ever had Buttons I was browsing around on the internet and found some Buttons and decided then and there that if I ever got buttons I'd name them Buttons & Bunny
Sadly, Bunny died recently and Buttons misses her terribly!

Now lets hear a story from you young lady!

Hmm......
Well when we first got the Bobs, 3 of them started flying all over the garage (door was closed)!! They where CRAZY!!! I have our that would fall asleep in my hands!! She died to a racoon
