I do remember seeing a news report about a child in class being arrested when the teachers couldn't subdue him, however, I don't recall if it was GA or TN or NC (I am on the border of TN/GA/NC and get the Chattanooga local news). That wasn't about laws, just teachers who couldn't control a child. Why they didn't get the parents down there is beyond me, but yes, I do remember that story, just not all the details.
