Please remember to include in your requests whether Bantam or LF, and what State you are in.

DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR INCLUSION REQUESTS IN THE COMMENT SECTION AT THE BOTTOM OF THE DIRECTORY - I WILL NOT SEE THEM!
