Jackiedee, It looks like pox. The rooster at the bottom looks like he probably has some affecting his eye. I would clean his eye with saline, and apply some Terramycin eye ointment, available at feed stores, twice a day. Do not disturb the scabs, which can spread the pox virus.
 
What is the difference between wet and dry pox?
dry pox is scabs usually on comb, wattles, face, etc and wet pox is a cheesy yellow staff in the mouth. when a scab is close to eye or mouth can turn into wet pox.
 
So on dry pox. Do you need to separate hens or give meds?
you can separate them but it is very contagious. you can put iodine on the scabs. last time I had pox I put black peppercorn in their feed and their scabs dried out faster.
