Hey Yall:) Okay I have 11 chickens...& here recently I noticed someone and I'm not exactly sure who, has a mustardy poop? I see normal poop and I see that. Is this something I need to be concerned about? Is it a diet problem? Everyone acts 110% fine and no health problems. Thank you:)

What you describe is the cecal stool, which is the most disgusting, evil smelling, and a curse from hell, stains immediately and permanently anything it comes into contact with, but it's normal. Ugg! It comes in a variety of colors,but it's always liquid and foul.
