I need help! I am a complete noob at electricity. I got inspired by some of the homemade styrofoam incubators here on BYC & ordered these two items to heat it:

I haven't a clue how to hook them up to each other to make them work. Here are the seller's instructions included with the thermostat:

I was intending on having the fan independent of the thermostat & heat light, so I don't want to do the bottom option. I don't know what else I need to buy, where to get it, and how to safely attach things. Can anyone give me guidance?

Thank you. I think I can gleam something from those videos, but my thermostat is very different than what he is working with & I am so frustrated with the lack of instruction it came with.
 
Well, thank God, I have a few awesome coworkers handy with electric wiring. Nick found an old pc fan & hooked it up to a 12v cell phone charger. I think it'll do. Tomorrow he wants me to bring in the styrofoam cooler so we can figure out placement of bulb & thermostat. Nick knows how to connect that all up. I think I may get to have my 1St test run tomorrow! I am indebted one of my highly coveted 7 layer bean dips for his help. Heck I'm going to make it a 9 layer one this time!

Glad you found help! I recently installed a thermostat in my diy incubator... the wiring instructions made no sense to me but I found a photograph online of how someone wired it, it is amazing what is available on the web!
