duckling not moving or breathing?

Hello,
I have had two ducklings hatch, one yesterday and one today. The one that hatched today was healthy when it hatched but now it is lying down and it does not look like it is breathing. It also is definitely not moving, even when touched. Also, it is not making a noise and the first chick was sleeping on it, slowly chirping. Is my duckling dead?

It may be, I am not a hatcher.

I know that opening the incubator at the wrong time risks zip-locking the unhatched, and that is deadly.

Is @casportpony or @Marty1876 online? Or perhaps @duckyfromoz ?
