I found chicken that needs help

Hi everyone Two days ago I found this precious chicken on the road. Someone told me that it was there for several hours in the rainy day. I took it home and then I realised that obviously she was super hungry but she cannot "aim" for her food. Her head is shaking like someone with Parkinson...

    Chick injury?

Can someone please tell me what this could be? We just bought these chicks a day or so ago. It appears poop is stuck to the chick’s butt, but it’s very hard. Bag-balm was applied to soften it, but should we be concerned with it being around other chicks?
