Bought this light Brahma about 9 weeks ago as a pullet but these tail feathers are making me nervous! What do you think, hen or roo?🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

We have four Welsh Harlequins just over 6 weeks old. We thought they were all males based on coloration, but I'm pretty sure I heard one of them quack. They don't make much noise except for chirping so it's hard to tell based on voice. Do females sometimes start out dark like this or are they...

The lighter one is turning lavander. Pretty sure she's a hen. The dark brahma seems to be a roo which is great. We wanted a roo to add to the flock. Looking for some input from experienced brahma owners.

All bantams. Might be too early to tell with some of them! But curious if anyone has any guesses.

What do you think? I’m thinking 3 hens 1 Roo… happy to be advised otherwise?! They are coming up to 5 weeks old.

Got 5 straight run RIR chicks! They are about 5 almost 6 weeks old. Wanted to see if anyone could help me figure out which ones are male vs female. They have colored bands on their legs and one has no band. So far I believe purple is a rooster and green is a hen. Thanks!
