I have some silkies that are about 7 weeks. For the life of me, I can't tell "streamers" from hen poofs.
I am posting some pictures in case any one is up for the silkie sexing game...
This is a 6 week old silkie that I suspect is a rooster. Included is a current picture of its comb developement. Is there any chance he may still be a she?

This is my first year raising silkies, and I've heard they are very hard to sex. I was wondering if anyone can tell or not if I have 1 cockerel and 1 hen? They are the same age. Their combs are coming in different, and their tail feathers and head feathers are different Also I'll post all pictures

Oh boy I got quite a few silkies a while ago! Sadly, now I'm down to 7 but that's besides the point... I need help sexing them :) I hope some of you could help me because for the life of me I can't tell ANY differences except some have blue cheeks and one has a weird pea comb-looking comb...
