This is true, but there is a chance of people using more of it when it would be so much easier to get it and get away with it. I think that the system our country has for drugs is imperfect, but really, it's not going to get any better. This is the best we can do.

Possibly. One way or another, unfortunately people will manage to get it, legal or illegal. But I'm thinking that if it's easier to get, more people will know it's bad and stay away.
