IKR?! It's not as bad for me, though, since I have to board, and I don't have to make it perfect...

The place where I'm going to board is a fairly new small farm, and they're in good condition:)

What we were going to do, is put up barbed wire, (cause we want to get cows,) and for our horse pasture, we'd put up a strand of electic fence in front. Something like this:
