It definetely depends on the lvl. At the most basic you can do a walk trot. As you progress higher you are expected to get stretch, movement, on the-bit, round, canter, leg yield, switch leads, etc. How long have you been riding? Perhaps look up some of the beginner novice tests-- they should be on google.
Actually, we are done for the year. All 3 of my horsies are coming home for the winter to relax and do some trail-riding and fox-hunting. I will still be riding them as I would normally, just a little less hard core. Trying to get Google as much experience with different things so he can make his next eventual owner happy. Will be starting up competition again in March.

Hahahah my goodness. I rode my friend's mare, Delia, today. That horse is so bumpy! You can not do a sitting trot on her, and when you canter, you have to sit lightly in the saddle or she'll buck you off! But she's so awesome at jumping!
I had fun though. And we also had our first practice for the drill team!

You would be amazed at the drain of time. I have about 3.5 hrs of free time per week. My BYC time is taken from my sleep time. Well except for right noww. -- today.

I would have had a way better time if you had been there and Mikayla had not! But he really is the sweetest I have ever met. KK.
