Ah, I know what you mean. When I first started getting into running and doing running sports (track, etc.), I also had breathing problems. It gets easier as you run more and as you practice regulating and 'watching' your breathing as you run.
And the plane crash stuff sounds cool too!
I used to run with my father, and I'd get into the habit of breathing every time i took two steps, which made it more regular and I didn't get tired as much.
My favourite episode is called 'Cleared for Disaster' because... I dunno, I learned a lot from that one. Like what 'expedite' means. I never even knew that was a word before
