What time is it? I usually remain in a somewhat conversational state until after 11:30 at night, when I crash. I'm in bed before twelve and usually wake up at seven, I've never needed more sleep than that.

That makes sense then. I would be tired too. Having the computer on right before I go to sleep keeps me awake. It's annoying. It's like coffee.

If I drink coffee, I don't sleep that night. It's a proven fact. I haven't touched coffee for years now. Or Coke.
