I've NEVER encountered winds so strong they blow out windows before. Ever. That is astounding.

Overcast, as in cloud cover?

You get blackouts? The only time we get blackouts are when our electricity station fails.

Does it snow at all in AU? Yeah, i prefer a blackout to them trimming trees though, but then again, if it can fall on a power line, then is can fall on the road and cause an accident, so idk.

It isn't a pain at all. I like walking through it, there is a certain sense of solidarity.
