Why are they in the hospital? I hope nothing serious. I've raised a lone chick before (never ducks) and have to say it's very demanding but very rewarding. And to having too many roosters, my flock is currently 2 BR/EE roosters, Red (EE Rooster), Kernel, 2 WL/EE hens, a CM hen, and a BA/EE hen.

But I might be getting rid of the BR/EEs soon.

Fairly serious, but recovering.

He's huge!

Two weeks old a big as a boat, loud, adorable, wet and sticky.

A Lav, a splash and a blue Orpington roos, 2 Speckled sussex, a Barred Rock and a few others.

They are chicks right now and no probs yet.

I read part of the thread before it poofed, it was an iffy subject, really iffy for a lot of people.

What I saw, you weren't misbehaving much, just stating your opinion nicely which is more than I can say for some of them.....
