It's not as easy as it sounds, but if I work at it it doesn't take long. It took about 30 minutes when I had 30+ birds and a lot of that was just because everything is far away from the chicken coop and walking back and forth was difficult. Oh, and changing my audio book tape also takes time

It's more I keep having to replace the sticky tiles I've been using under the roosts forever. They just don't last long. Maybe I'll just give up trying to duck tape them back together and buy a tarp to use instead.
