You make ricotta? That's the cheese where you use they whey from another cheese, right? We haven't made any yet.... We're too lazy.

But I've made some killer mozarella before.

It is awesome. I can't believe how many people won't try it, though, just because it's from a goat!

I mean, yes, the stuff in the store isn't worth

But homemade is soooooooo good!
