Our cat attacks cell phones.

I had it set on speaker on my desk so I could talk and work, maybe a min later Pudgy is up there next to it. She pounced, pawed it and attempted to chew on it. It was cute until she started to chew on it, the person on the other end had no idea what was happening.

I am now almost a believer in Murphy's Law...

First, when I made lunch I under-cooked the chicken... took a bite, noticed a funny taste and looked down at the rest... It was RAW. I got it out of the oven because I smelled burning and saw sizzling on the breading. You can't tell if it's raw through the breading. I spit it out and stuck the rest of the uneaten chicken back into the oven, for much longer.

That incident alone likely won't hurt me, I think. But then, I had a small glass of milk, and I think the freakin' milk is sour!! I felt like

after that point.

For those of you that believe in prayer, pray for me that I don't get sick tonight!

about the sickness thing. I hate food poisoning, I've had it about five times in my life. It never ended without me throwing up multiple times!

I had one of those days on thursday when everything conspires against you.
First I couldn't sleep on Wednesday so I woke up late, tired and VERY grumpy. I had no time for breakfast, was late for school, missed the bus to swimming trials when waiting for my friend - so the teacher yelled at me and set me a huge amount of work to do. Then I found I had some old maths homework I'd forgotten to do, I was going to do this at lunch but my PE teacher wanted to see me for another yell and the cafeteria line was so huge I didn't even consider going back until there was only ten minutes of lunch left..

But after that, my day picked up dramatically so yeah

As they say, a terrible day can only get better
