I'm thinking of a making a scriptwriters/moviemakers/actors thread....

do you think there would be enough interest, or would it just end up getting 15 posts then dissapearing in the archives, never to be heard from again?

I DO have an idea. About a guy who decides to create a new identity for himself and make it big in his career, because none of his previous acquaintances ever believed he could amount to anything.

Sound good? I have no ideas apart from that.

Sitting behind a computer screen squinting at the numbers..... nah.

Stockbroker wouldn't be THAT bad though. Just not a bank.

Really, do you think we'd commit to that thread without chatting aimlessly and somehow get a large thread full of writing? The last writing thread we had got bumped to the archives in a week, max.

No, I thought I'd name him Franklin....

I like that name.
Anywho, yes he did have a friend as who he WAS, and it takes his making millions, winning an Oscar, becoming an airline pilot or whatever he does to figure out that he needs to slow down.... but his friend doesn't recognise him anymore, so he takes off his disguise and goes to visit him as his old self, and realises he WAS more valued than he previously thought...

Just an idea, it might not work

I thought of that thread at the time too, which is why I brought it up here instead of just making it.
