I was stumbling with my words. I was like- "Hi, umm.... Umm... Umm... I'd like to bring... I mean I'd like to make.. Sorry, I'd like to make an appointment to bring my duck in on Tuesday... YES! I got it!".

And she was all- "Oh, you have to make the appointment on Tuesday.".
