"Circle of life, I get it. Wake up. Eat someone who probably had a family, was probably optimistic about the day. Try not to be eaten yourself. Yep, the circle of life." His eyes took on the stare again and he seemed to faze out, his mouth held in a puzzled frown.

Moonscape came to stand beside them for a moment, she cocked a brow and flicked her tail, "So, how are you two gett'in along?"

"Cruel place it is. The world I mean" he sighed, setting his head on the ground.

"Mrrm, I see that" she gave her a half smile and dropped her voice to a tone just above a whisper, "Ya, he's my nephew... Since he was but a wee bit of pompom he's been, well, rather.... Off?"
