Ash ducked as a vine snapped toward her and instead smacked straight across the unwary person's face behind her. She threw a hand over her mouth to keep from laughing, and hurried forward before they could voice a verbal comeback.She rolled her eyes. "Yes, I suppose so." Then she glanced over to Dryden, who didn't seem to ecstatic about doughnuts, either. Good, she thought, more for me. She lead them through the jungle. It was slow going, snapping off vines and stepping over brambles. Eventually she sawed off a section of vine and started hacking underbrush with that. The bugs didn't help things.
