I find this hilarious:They make another, better one. It says: 1000666388920983610
(I have reliable sources that state that I was, in fact, dropped on my head as an infant.)(*the fog clears* OOOOHHHH! I get it now. sorry for all the questions, I was probably dropped on my head as a baby.)
Sammy groaned as she got shoved. "Ow. Fine." she grumbled, slowly getting up.(Hey, I'm pretty easy going, but when someone wakes me up, my thoughts turn to murder...)
"Come on. Up, up, up!" No-name said, shoving the kids awake. "There's coffee and doughnuts at the Sound."
( - yes... what happened with App? that somehow got ignored...
this was the message:
"tell them that Firestein is... The guy that kidnapped Noel and they are all in danger."
Aero and Mikki are the only ones that would recognize the name Noel... I'm not sure this message is really all that useful, but....Maybe it will encourage sammy, Ash, and Aero to change sides when they find Chase... ? )
(How did No-name and Dryden not notice App? XD)(Yeah... not sure if App would stick with them or what. She just flew across an ocean, so she probably needs to rest.)
Sammy gave No-name a weird look. Good thing I'm not lactose-intolerant! She thought sarcastically.No-name smacked her back. Who sends spoiled brats to do a soldier's work? "Then we'll shove it down your throat." She growled.
(Maybe they would get in trouble with the government if they killed everybody?)(Yeah. There isn't really a good guy/bad guy dynamic here. Really, Silencing them is at least a little better than just straight up killing them. Plus, those pods are expensive... ugh. I really need a reason for the silencing thing.)
Ash ducked as a vine snapped toward her and instead smacked straight across the unwary person's face behind her. She threw a hand over her mouth to keep from laughing, and hurried forward before they could voice a verbal comeback.
Aero followed behind the group hesitantly. Something about this mission didn't feel right, actually multiple things about this didn't feel right. They have no supplies; they are following probably the two most untrustworthy inhumans to who-knows-where; and somebody could easily go missing without anyone noticing, that's how unorganized they are. Plus, was the Sound a doughnut shop or something, because how were they going to pay for any food without money, unless Dryden and No-name have money that they didn't care to tell them about. "Where did you say we are going, again?" He glanced over at No-name "The Silence? Doesn't even sound like a real place."
"It's just a little place by the beach. No biggie." No-name said. Then the jungle stopped. A razor's-edge kind of stop that would make the perfectionist stop and stare because it was so straight. The jungle dropped away for miles to give way to a spacious lawn you might see on those old Windows backgrounds. Only with bubbles. Hundreds and hundreds of bubbles.
Sammy looked at Ash. "Nope, I haven't noticed at all that these people are murderers who will probably kill us." she said sarcastically, surprising herself at the bitter tone of her voice. Ok. I'm gonna be quiet now. She thought, almost tripping over a stray root. Her eyes shot up as the jungle abruptly ended. "What's with all the bubbles?"Ash ducked beneath a vine, then swerved around to double back to where Sammy and Aero meandered along a good distance aways from Dryden's purposeful stride. She fell into step beside them, noting inwardly that her two remaining companions were looking just as troubled as her thoughts reiterated. "Does...anyone else feel...that we're being led somewhere not exactly...uhh...?" She flinched as a branch hacked free of its trunk swung back in Dryden's wake and left a smarting lash across her cheek. She reached up a hand to press it cool, and found it to come away with new blood. "I mean, why did the plane even go down in the first place? Aren't these people perspicacious enough to plan a flight all the way to the proper destination. They're inhumans themselves and working with them, for Sirius's sake." Why are you talking. Why are you ranting about nonsense. Why are you even caring. Why must your jaws obey your brain. She allowed herself a small sigh of relief as No-Name pulled aside one last screen of vegetation to reveal an expanse of perfectly groomed lawn. "Also....where's that other girl that was with us?" A suspicious frown took a hold of her diffident grin and began to slowly contort it. "She just...disappeared."
(How did No-name and Dryden not notice App? XD)
dryden wasnt looking when she flew in and she left real quick? He was having hearing problems. I have no idea.)
