ATM i have sammy, and silver (after running) staring down octo-cop in rivers apt. sammy is going to miss and set the room on fire. octo guy is going to some how grab everyone in the room after somehow disabling sammy and silver. Likely knocks them out some how.

"Fine"Silver gave in, But smirked, and ran the other way,"Catch me if you can!"She called,he had just said he wasn't going to shoot her. Stupid cop.
Sammy looked at the police-dude. "H-hey. What's the trouble here?" She asked shakily. She had just gotten there.
She stared at the gun, her flame still hovering above her hand. She looked around for guidance, unsure of what to do. Silver sat next to her and growled. Sammy looked at her, then nodded silently. C'mon.. you can do this.... She ran toward the Octo-Guy, feeling excited... And not in the good way.

the octo is in rivers apt.... there was some confusion as to where silver and octo were fighting. it was right next to Taylor, ash, and sammy. Taylor shot ice at octo dude and originally you 3 ran leaving silver with a gun to her head. and then she ran away laughing. :wee
the only interaction after that with ash and sammy was ash put her hand behind her head to surrender while sammy slipped away. but her path was somehow blocked by a cop..? which ended up somehow being octo-cop.

so I put her in the room with octo-cop to make Sammy seem a bit less of a horrible person. :ya

She turned back to Sammy, and rested a hand on her shoulder. "Look, um, I have this premonition that you'd be better at dealing with that guy-" she motioned discreetly toward the octocop that was now turning the corner toward them- "than I would. But maybe we could work together...."

Crow realized it was useless. His friend were caught, and he couldn't do anything about it. So, he flew past the guards and out of a broken window, feeling regret wash over him. There was nothing I could be done... I had to get out.... I'll come back for them...

Actually, now that i've go every thing in riv's apt. sorted it looks like I have everything I need to have Sammy and Silver caught.

Give me a few min i have 4 more pages to skim through and make sure I haven't missed any thing then I'll post the part in riv's apt building to the website.
