In some classes there are several different age groups, though there's usually not seniors with freshmen.
But, you're right, most of the time they're all the same age.

That's why I said typically. I'm in a couple periods with older kids, but those are usually extracurricular classes.
Usually, for core subjects like english or math, kids are with their own age. There's the exception of geniuses. XD

Okay, so; since Fritz, Jessi, Peter, and Brisa are all in the same english class, we could say that

• It's a Sophmore's class (15/16)
• Peter's advanced
• Fritz and Brisa are on their grade level
• and Jessi's...not the best with grammar, so she's in a class for the grade behind.

Does that work?

Well jenna was only there at the very beginning and it only actually covered 4-5 days so either no one knew or Rex didnt bring it up.
