~°~ The Unsafe World - A Werewolf Role Play ~°~

Tate gritted his teeth a little, Dangit..
He felt himself tighten his fists, he wasn't going to take 'no' for an answer, he wanted to prove himself worthy. Just before he was about to speak again, but Eliza cut him off.

--
Eliza twirled around and faced towards the three with her hands together. She walked to Thorn's side and stopped,"Now now, no need to be hasty Thorn, I'm sure we can make an acception to have another co-leader.." She said playfully as she stared up at him.

Thorn had shifted his hand to claws, but let it return to a human hand. He look to Eliza and nodded, "Yes, lets make him the exception to the rule, shall we? After all, history favors the bold." He replied softly. He then returned his gaze to Tate to get his reaction to the prospect.

Eliza nodded in agreement and glanced over at Tate. She walked over to him and reached her hand out.
--
Tate stared down at her, A handshake? he wondered as raised an eyebrow, looking at her wrapped hand. He hesitated at first, but brought his hand to hers.
--
In a swift movement, Eliza tightly grasped his wrist and pulled him down to her height. Now that their heads were side by side, she whispered in a dark tone into his ear, "Be careful of what you wish for... Tate.. Aldaine.." she said, as one of her green eyes glowed a vibrant purple with a hint of red. She then released him from her grip, "Welcome to my organization" she giggled. Her eye reverted back to its normal color and she spun around, strolling back towards Thorn and Nolan.
--
Tates eyes widened, he never felt so threatened before, threatened enough to shake him. Which was rare since he wasn't the type to be scared. Eliza's aura and presence somehow shook him aswell, especially her oddly colored eye that he saw in the corner of his eye when she was whispering to him. He just knew they weren't playing around, they were serious about their organization.

After Stephen dropped off his uncle at his apartment, he parked the truck in his uncles garage and got into his car that his mother purchased for him. Stephen then went straight to his mothers house, where he still lived since he was trying to find another place to stay.
"Hey Mom, I'm home!" He called upon entering.
"Ah, Stephen! Where have you been? You didn't come back last night... Did you find a place to stay?" She asked, ramming him with questions as she came down the stairs.
Stephen grinned and nervously rubbed the back of his head, "Uh.. Not exactly, I was just out with your brother last night" he replied.
His mothers face then changed into a scowl, "You two didn't happen to be drinking again were you?" she frowned, putting her hands on her hips.
Just as Stephen was about to reply, the family dog, a welsh corgi named Ashton came running towards Stephen and excitedly started to jump on him, desperately wanting attention.
Stephen's mother sighed, "Nevermind it doesn't matter now, all that matters is that you're home and safe. Now come and eat, I made breakfast" she smiled.
They both headed into the kitchen and seated themselves at the dining table and started to eat their morning meal.
"So how's the hunting going?"
"Mm? Oh it's fine we got one werewolf last night."
"I see, so you haven't been giving any other hunters trouble have you?"
"Of course not!"
His mother then took a deep sigh, "Well it seems like your sister is having a good time at college."
Stephen nodded, "Mom." He said as he ate.
She looked at him, awaiting him to continue his question or sentence.
"This is really good."
She laughed, "It sounds like you've never eaten my cooking before."
Stephen wiped his mouth and drank some orange juice, "Sorry.. It's just that it feels like I never appreciate you.." He said sadly.
She smiled sweetly at him, "It's fine Stephen. But please, please find a girl that can cook for you"
"MOM!"
"Well there has to be someone out there for you! Your a kind and gentle man. Isn't there a girl that is probably a hunter or just a friend?"
"Uh I know of one, but I barely know her."
"Well, maybe you can work on it and get to know her better! Then you two can get married!"
"Gahh! Stop talking about it!" Stephen exclaimed, feeling his face flush a light red. He the. remembered about what happened to Ambers mom, he looked down at his plate sadly.
"What's wrong?"
"Oh it's nothing" he responded with a fake smile.
His mother took it, "But to be honest, I'm really happy that your home. I was worried that something happened to you out there.."
The front door then opened, and Stephens sister strolled in, she just came back from a morning class. She noticed that Stephen was home, having breakfast with their mother.
"Ehh?? Stephens home? I thought he'd be drinking with Uncle Kyle still." She snorted.
Stephen gazed at her angrily, "Shut up! I'm not a alcoholic!" He growled.
Their mother heavily exhaled, These kids
"Stop fighting please, but Selina, did you eat breakfast yet?"
"Nope, I'm going to eat out with friends" she replied, going up the stairs to retrieve some money.
"It doesn't hurt to eat breakfast with your family." Stephen muttered under his breath.
He got up from his seat, "I'll help with the dishes later" he said as he headed upstairs.
Stephen went past his sisters room as he entered his. He took a seat at his desk and pulled out a paper from his pocket.
The paper was tri-folded, and on the front read Testament
The reason Stephen had this, was that he agreed to take part in any big bounty or operation led by a mass amount of hunters to take down a really dangerous creature. Then any participating hunters are given an option to write a testament just in case something happened to them. He pulled out a pencil, pen, and a random fountain pen from his desk and started to write:
'Dear Mom and Dad, please forgive me for moving on..'
He let out a groan, "I can't write that..." he mocked himself as he leaned back in his chair with his arms behind his head. He placed his pencil in the space between his lip and nose as he thought.
What should I write..?

"So.. Do you want to write a testament?" his uncle asked.

"Yeah.. I'll write."

Stephen now had his face in his crossed arms on the desk.

Wendigos..
Ghosts...
Demons...
Vampires...
Hellhounds...
Shapeshifters...
Werewolves...
Arnou pack....
Maccon pack...
Conall pack...
Attack...
Teams..
...
Can...
..not
...fight..
...

Stephens testament was finished and written across the the paper in large ink letters read:

I DON'T WANT TO DIE

He had his legs crossed in his chair and dug his fingers deep into the sides of his head. His body trembling as he weeped with a crazed expression on his face. He simply broke down, in fear.

--

Hunters morning class ended, and it wouldn't be a few more hours till his next class. He just decided to hang out with some friends from a committee that put on dances and fundraisers for the college since Damian was no where to be found. But he was destined to be seen sooner or later and Hunter knew Damian was off reading a book or something– he wasn't going to let it get to him.

Thorn smirked at Tate behind his mask. He then turned and fell into formation with Eliza again.

Eliza continued with their leave of the building.
-
Nolan did the same as Thorn.
-
Tate shook himself out of the odd state, he then realized he was still holding the flesh he took from the dining hall. He muttered to himself as he dropped it on the ground and turned back from where he came.

" You know he's going to be problems. His initial reaction to the merger is a signifier to that fact. He's impulsive and self-entitled. A position not earned, is not respected." Thorn expressed his observations of Tate to Eliza. He then glanced to Nolan briefly, before resuming his silence.

Eliza didn't look up at Thorn as she walked.
"Yes I know. But he could be of use to us, he is an alpha, which is kind of surprising since I haven't seen such a young Alpha before. Plus he seems like a loyal type, like how he is to Arnou– he knows his place" she said, somewhat protecting the kid.
"If he becomes a real serious problem.. Feed him to Nolan." She rasped.

--
Nolan did not react to Eliza's comment, and he didn't care. As usual.

Thorn opened the back door of the vehicle for Eliza and held it open for her. "Yes, but of course, Eliza, as always, you are right." Thorn said with utmost respect.

Eliza did not reply, but she thanked him for his generosity of opening and holding the car door open for her. She got inside the car and seated herself in the middle.

--
Nolan waited for Thorn to get in and then close the door for him. He went around the back of the car to get in and be seated next to Eliza.

Caleb looked down at the small pile of bones he picked clean. He took a sip from his glass of water, satisfied from the meal. Now full, he wiped his bloodied mouth– as he did, he noticed that there was still meat left over on the table and saw that mostly everyone was as full as he. But the lower pack members would come and eat the scraps, and possibly the bones as well, so that it wouldn't go to waste. He got up from his chair and headed into his office.

Since Tate didn't have any orders or missions, he went into his room. He disrobed from his hoodied long-sleeved black leather jacket, black pants, and threw off his knee-high black boots. He changed into a black v-neck cashmere sweater along with light grey sweatpants. Standing barefoot in his spacious, typical untidy room, he took a seat on the couch that was up against the cracked concrete wall. Grabbing the remote to his hooked up television, he turned it on and placed his arm around the back of the couch as his other arm was rested on the couch arm. As he watched the screen, he was thinking about now that he was apart of ROTN, he could finally show that werewolves are superior to humans in every way– and that he will not let the same fate that his excuse of a father met, happen to him.
