Description: Unusually small (he was the runt), but otherwise normal

History: Frosty's parents weren't in a flock, though they never told him exactly why. Unfortunately, this meant that when both his parents disappeared, Frosty and his brother were on their own. One day, Frosty's brother, who could just barely fly, went out in search of food and never came back. Frosty, not knowing what else to do, tried to fly out of the nest to look for him. But, being the runt that he is, he only managed to get himself stuck on the ground. Frosty would've died then and there had it not been for a lone penguin. The penguin, who called herself Rider of the Storm, taught Frosty the secrets of the penguins. But, once again, Frosty's only friend disappeared overnight.
Frosty has never even considered joining a flock because he believes that anyone he becomes close to eventually dies.

History: When she was young, her father was severely wounded in a border dispute. He had been one of the flock's highest ranking guards, and while everyone looked up to him, Bija did the most. She sat by his side, safe under his bleeding wing while he died, and he told her what he had always wanted for her future. His last words of wisom did more to shape her than any other cockatoo's training.

History: In her younger days, Madu quickly worked her way up from Tyro to Lead guard. She was, and always had been, unusually quiet, but as she grew up the other flock members began to realize that she had amazing skill in strategic planning. She retired to the role of Council when her mate died, content to watch the rest of the flock grow and give her wisdom when needed.

I have one question tho. Instead of just starting the RP as mates, could they work up to that point? Something like... They start out as friends (or not even that, I dunno. ) and something draws them closer together. It adds some depth to the relationship and makes the story more interesting. :3)
