It was quite obviously a trick when he smirked. He nailed his claws into the tree, springing forward and bowling DaggerBeak onto his back, leaving perfectly striped claw marks raked across his chest. He shook the blood flow back into his wing and looked down at the rooster, almost a look of pity in his eyes at the rooster's obvious mental problems.
