Torrent churred slightly, and felt his warmth next to her. It was getting dark, and the sun glowed a brazen fire on the horizon, spreading the intense colour over everything like red glass.

Torrent nestled into the moss and listened to the sweet tune. It bought tears to her eyes. What she'd left behind, and what she'd found here, they were all so intricately connected...
