She landed swiftly beside Desertsky and admired the way his feathers seemed to glow under the moonlight.

Desertsky slowly turned around and flinched when he saw that the beautiful hen had landed AND was standing right beside him. At the verge of fainting, he introduced himself. "My name is Desertsky, and you are?"

'I'm LandFlight,' she said in a clear, pretty voice that was reminiscent of a snowy winter day. 'I'm a deputy around here. Welcome home!'

"Wow..." he clucked. Then gasped. "Was that out loud?" His eyes widened and then he turned around, embarassed.

LandFlight chuckled, a little unsure with this power she seemed to have. She decided she liked it. 'Well, I'm not sure if anyone else heard it...' she teased, her eyes sparkling. 'Sound travels well at night, you see...'

(I'm not sure of the validity of this fact, I think I made it up. lol)
