Yuma cried out. "Mama!" Ursula skidded to a halt, dust billowing up behind her hooves as she charged at the stallion and kicked his already sore jaw again, releasing her foal. She wrapped her neck over Yuma's body and licked his withers to soothe him. "Are you really that cruel, to grab a foal and threaten to kill him like that?" snapped the mare.

A hulking stallion stepped out of the shadows. "Leave the mare and foal alone, or die." He threatened, standing tall at 17.3 hands.
